(PATTERSON, Calif.) - The State of California issued an Amber Alert late Tuesday (01-18) after the suspect abducted the boy in Patterson. The suspect is believed to be driving to the San Jose area. Juliani Cardenas, an Hispanic male, 4 years old, 3' 6", 40 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing dark pants and a light blue shirt. The suspect is Jose Esteban Rodriguez, an Hispanic male, 27 years old, 5' 9", 180 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a white and black shirt, checkered shorts, and a beanie. The suspect vehicle is a silver Toyota Corolla with California tag number 6HBW445. It has has oversize aluminum wheels. The left rear wheel is the spare wheel (smaller). Anyone with information is asked to call the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department at 209-380-6015 or dial 911.
