Detectives in Oregon Arrest Suspect in 1990 Murder of Tustin, California Woman

Investigators from the Tustin Police Department are seeking tips and information regarding the crime.

(CLACKAMAS, OR) - Clackamas County Sheriff's Office detectives, assisted detectives from the Tustin Police Department Wednesday in locating and apprehending a suspect in a 22-year old California murder, 74-year old Charles Lee Clark.

Charles Clark, a resident of Beavercreek, Oregon, had an active warrant issued January 7, 2013 from the Orange County District Court for his arrest related to the cold case murder of Kathleen Witkowski, who was 36 at time of her death, in Tustin, California in 1990.

Clark is currently being held in Clackamas County Jail awaiting extradition to the Orange County Jail, California.

Investigators from the Tustin Police Department are seeking tips and information regarding the crime.
