(MADRID, Spain) - The social passivity that reality has created does not know how to look for other ways to spend its leisure time. This represents an empirical example of something that is not functioning well in our society. In principle, it seems as if reading, discussions, family time, friend reunions, and studies are things of another world. This issue becomes even more critical, when the ones to be affected are children, that is, those who spend way too much time in front of the T.V. By spending one third of their awake-time watching T.V. (outside of their respective T.V. infant hours) children’s health is endangered. The Auto-regulation Code of content during infant hours (from 5 pm till 8 pm) programmed by television networks and the Government has been infringed by most television networks various times. According to an investigation conducted by the University of Columbia and the New York State Psychiatric Institute, the youth population that watches television three hours a day has a higher risk of turning the practice into a habit as an adult. Association of Housewives and Consumers warns that T.V. programs for kids, provided by a wide range of networks, are full of violence and sexual behavior. Therefore, children T.V. ads should be treated as a sensible way of comunication. It should be taken care of to the last detail. Children represent a wide T.V. audience group; a very vulnerable one. Due to this vulnerability when it comes to T.V. ads, it is crucial to promote safe child publicity. Child publicity should not be false nor manipulate. Instead, it should be clear in its messages, since children may come to exchange and perceive fantasy for reality. T.V. irresponsibility has generated unwanted damage. Inhibitions should be promoted into regulating actions, for without regulation negative consequences may affect the innocent. For example, through the mass media. For this reason, parents have the most arduous task of educating their children. “Infancy misadventures have an impact upon their lives, leaving an inexhaustible fountain of melancholy in their hearts” affirms P. Brulat. (Translated by Gianna A. Sanchez-Moretti). Author and journalist Clemente Ferrer Roselló, a prestigious Spanish advertising character, presents a fascinating personal and professional career fully devoted to the world of communication in its varied dimensions. Oh! I have water filters. Pennies on a dollar. Now that's a growing business. Invest!

Negative! What killed the Edsel? Nobody bought it. So, did Ford continue making it anyway? Why are pizza companies springing up everywhere? Right! Ever see a franchise for The Broccoli House? Every business that survives has coustomers. Subway, McDonalds, KFC and even those who are getting rich on the backs of hard working Americans down on their luck, PayDay Loans. But if everyone had a decent job with decent pay and benes they'd be out of business. What are boycots for? Right! Stop patronizing business by putting pressure on sales. Sorry bro, I've been wrong plenty of times but not here. No clients, no business. Could Salem-News survive w/o advertisers even with the social content? Negative!

Luke..the roots that need to be (not going to say the word kill as you did), I am going to say "exposed", are not the people who buy drugs, or buy porn, but those that have manipulated our society, those in high places, that have bought all media, infiltrated our education system and so forth. Until you see this is true, your comments are void of all truth. Most of the advertisers you speak of, are the same people who own the media..All you have to do is look it up..THe info is all there. Search who owns media, then search who owns the products that support the media, they are all the same people. What Luke, you think the media is going to have a commercial saying vitamin D is good for you? No they wont. Did you know that the U.S. government just admitted that flouride in the water is hurting children? This comes from AP, not my alternative websites, but I have been advocating getting flouride out of our water for years. Where were you?

Just find out who owns the media maybe? Find out their agenda? Or is that too simple? Find out who owns the media/tv/hollywood, and the answers will come.

The problem is with the sponsors. If they don’t pay for commercial spots these shows are cancelled. However, it’s not just, all about the Benjamin’s. Don’t these kids watching and listening to this crap have parents? Guardians? When kids get their allowance place restrictions on what is brought home. Many of the x-rated and violent video games are actually purchased by parents for their kids. It’s like drugs, don’t blame the dealers blame the clients. Prostitution as well no johns no girls. Human trafficking is at an all time high however, only because people are buying sex slaves at a premium. Broke people don’t pay the thousands of dollars it costs to buy abducted, kidnapped children or women who are tricked and forced into sexual servitude, rich people do. The lower class can always get a few bucks for nickel and dime bags or a few rocks but sex slaves? Now you’re talking big money. These shows are not the problem but the people who patronize them are. Don’t kill the messenger destroy the message. No matter how many apples are picked from a tree the only way to stop production is to kill the roots.
