Oregon Student Pledge “I pledge allegiance to the flag of the mighty state of Oregon and to our colleges for which we stand one system under shrinking budgets with millions in debt and unemployment for all. No investment? No advancement!” “We are asking that the legislature fund the Oregon Opportunity grant by supporting the co-chair’s budget and increasing the number of students receiving the grant, and that the 3.5% holdbacks be returned to community colleges and universities as well.” said Jake Falldorf, OSA Board of Directors member from Southern Oregon University.
