UPDATE - Police Seek Missing 15-Year Old Girl and Suspected Sex Offender

Milwaukie Police are looking for a missing 15-year old girl believed to be with 34-year old suspected sex offender‏.

(MILWAUKIIE, Ore.) - UPDATE 9:48 p.m.: Tips have led investigators to new information in the case of a missing 15-year old Woodland Washington girl and the 34-year old man that is with her.

Milwaukie Police believe the two are in a white 2004 Ford F150 PU with OR license 622BGK. The previously released yellow Chevrolet PU is long of interest, according to Milwaukie Police Officer Kevin Krebs.

Milwaukie Police are looking for a missing 15-year old girl from Woodland, Washington believed to be with a 34-year old Milwaukie man.

Nicole "Nikki" Christine Warner was last seen in January 2009.

Officer Kevin Krebs with Milwaukie Police says she is believed to be with 34-year old Robert Harvey Best of Milwaukie.

Best is alleged to have had an ongoing relationship with the girl in which he sexually abused her.

He is being sought by Milwaukie Police for questioning in the case. Best and the juvenile could be in a yellow, 1985 Chevrolet PU with OR license 272BVC.

Best is a white male, 6'0", 160 pounds with light brown hair and blue eyes. Nicole is a white female, 5'1", 160 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

The two were believed to be in the Oregon City area on January 9, 2009.
