(VANCOUVER, Wash.) - Investigators in Clark County say a man fell from a moving vehicle last night at the intersection of 63rd Street and 100th Avenue. They were called to the scene at 8:15 PM. Witnesses told police the man was riding in the backseat when he opened the door and subsequently fell out of the vehicle and onto the roadway. There was also a passenger in the front seat. Police say the man, 27-year old Victor A Vega-Espinoza of Vancouver, Washington, sustained severe trauma to his head and was transported to Emanuel Hospital, where he died. The incident is currently being investigated by the Clark County Sheriff's Office Traffic Unit. They did not offer any information as to why the man fell out of the car.
