(PRINEVILLE, Ore.) - Oregon State Police arrested a Prineville man Friday who reportedly has been involved with numerous youth sports programs and the Crook County Chapter of the Boys & Girls Club of Central Oregon. 48-year old Brad William Hill was arrested on 164 counts of sex offenses that allegedly occurred involving a single victim over an approximate ten year period. Daina Vitolins, Deputy District Attorney with the Crook County District Attorney's Office, says Hill is being held in Crook County Jail with bail set at $6.85 million. He was arrested at an Oregon State Police office yesterday at 3:30 PM. Hill lived in Union, Oregon in the early 1990's as well as Hermiston, Vitolins says he moved to Crook County area in late 1990's where he has resided since. Hill is charged with 84 counts of Sex Abuse in the First Degree, 20 counts of Rape in the First Degree, 30 counts of Sodomy in the First Degree and 30 counts of Sex Abuse in the Second Degree. Vitolins says the investigation started January 25th when the female victim came forward with allegations of having been sexually abused by Hill since the 3rd grade, something she said continued into her high school years. The victim, who is 19 years old, now resides in Grant County. Oregon State Police Detective Andrew McCool believes there may be other victims who have not contacted police. Hill reportedly has been active with the Boys & Girls Club of Central Oregon, has coached several local youth athletic teams, and resided in over areas of the state as noted above.
