(SALEM, Ore.) - Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement's leader Khalid Al-Batsh, said that present documents reveal that Israeli extremists set fire to the mausoleum of Joseph's tomb - as they accused Palestinian youths of committing the crime. Khalid Al-Batsh also added that Zionists are trying to ruin Palestinian fighters' reputation by this action and they intend to weaken the Palestinian intifada as well. Mahmoud Abbas and other Palestinian political groups condemned this action without any research and they also accepted attributing it to Palestinian youths. UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has also taken a position of favor toward Israel. Al-Batsh also announced that he has offered all present documents and images to various responsible authorities which show the action was carried out by extremist settlers. _________________________________________
