(PORTLAND, Ore.) - Drivers that are headed north on Interstate-5 need to be prepared for a delay as Oregon Department of Transportation officials report that a crash has closed all lanes of northbound I-5 at Macadam.

They say traffic is being routed off the interstate at Macadam, and there is currently little or no traffic backup.

The northbound interstate are expected to remain closed until police complete an investigation. The current estimate is to reopen northbound I-5 about 1:00 AM Saturday morning.

Oregon police and emergency agencies responded in large numbers to an explosion in Woodburn earlier today that seriously injured three police officers and also injured a bank employee.
