Detectives Seek Public Help in Kyron Horman Case

(PORTLAND,Ore.) - A press conference was held today to discuss the situation surrounding the disappearance of seven-year old Kyron Horman, a missing second grader from Portland who disappeared in early June.

Lt. Mary Lindstrand with the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office says law enforcement is seeking assistance from the public in the following areas:

The first focus of the investigative assistance involves Kaine Horman's white Ford F250 pickup truck which was driven to Skyline School on 4 June by Terri Horman. Law enforcement would like to speak with any person who may have seen the truck at Skyline school in the approximate locations captured in the photographs between approximately 8:15 a.m. and 8:45 a.m.

The second focus is an effort to identify any person or persons associated with the truck during those times

The third focus is seeking any additional information about the truck at two Fred Meyer Stores as well as on or near Skyline Blvd. between approximately Springville Road and Newberry Road, including on or around Germantown Road and/or old Germantown Road at approximately 10:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

The fourth focus seeks the identify of a witness who parked their vehicle on 4 June before 8:45 a.m. on 4 June in the Skyline School parking lot on the south side of the lot. If you parked your vehicle in that described area please contact law enforcement with your name, phone number, the year, make and model of your vehicle as well as the color and license plate number. This pertains to the vehicle parked in the school lot.

Linstrand says she and all law enforcement working on this important case appreciates the help of the public in this difficult case.

Watching the news since this happened, I've come to the conclusion based on my own instinct that Kyron Horman's father kidnapped him. This is my opinion. I think he kidnapped him so he could get custody of his daughter knowing at the time of the boy's disappearance the couple were unhappy. It is my guess he wanted his wife to look bad for the divorce. Consider please, this man's first wife left him during her pregnancy and he had custody of the child. This is a man who always gets his kids as a way to make it seem the wife is why the marriage failed. I doubt he harmed Kyron, I hope not. All his relatives should be located and interviewed. Again this is my opinion. Come on, how can he say he thinks Kyron is alive? Maybe he knows he's alive.

Psychic - kyron was taken by T H from school in truck. She took a very unlikely route to her destination ... To confuse others who may be watching. Ultimately going a bit west then north quite a ways. She leaves K with someone else. I see K sitting next to another child. Smaller possibly younger. I think of black or mix race. I think a girl. This is not a place he is familiar with. After this scene I get no more images or info. This place and person where T takes H is known to her. I wish I knew what comes next. I pray he is ok.

Yep I am scratching my head about the "fire arms" an RO works both ways,and they all include that little clause,but we already know Kaine has violated that part because neighbors have reported he has been target practicing on his property . Plus he violated the RO,by going on TV and talking to Terri per the letter Desiree read to her.ROs include friends and family members from harassing and coming in contact or trying to contact..you see Kaine does have something to worry about...He might just get arrested for his actions to.. I think Kaine knows where Kyron is.I think it is a balloon boy case gone wild..

I think dear dad knows more about this case..Just saying,he was crying his eyes out the morning after Kyron went missing,and Bio mom wasn't yet to that point...I think Kaine knows where Kyron is,why else would he send an e-mail to his co-workers telling them not to talk to the media on the 5 of June?? something to hide?? I bet.

Psychic Information gathered by me from the beginning says stepmother killed Kyron and disposed of him in Water. Only way to tell if I am right is if body is found in water and or if stepmother breaks down and confesses. Another psychic thinks he was kidnapped and taken to Washington then onward. Which psychic will prove to be right? she can't prove that Kyron was kidnapped, unless she finds the body, and I cannot prove Kyron is in water unless the water gives up the body and or stepmother shows them the spot she put him on or near the island where the pings came from and yes I believe she was driving the truck.

There still are parents and students who say they saw Kyron and spoke to him at the science fair. Perhaps Teri did not drive the white truck that day and, instead, got a ride with a friend in a different vehicle. What kind of vehicle does Mrs. Spicher drive? Was a vehicle like Mrs. Spicher's seen in the parking lots of the school and the Fred Meyer's stores? Perhaps THIS is another piece missing from the puzzle.

I'm sure the powers that be have tossed around every conceivable twist to this case. If he is alive you have to ask why she is hiding him somewhere and also who helped her. I'm unclear about the circumstances surrounding her son James leaving their home. Could this be "payback" to Kaine for a perception that James leaving was his fault?? Is there any evidence of sexual abuse in that home. Just grasping at reasons why she would remove Kyron from the home. If he is dead, then there are multiple scenarios and the search is for a body.

Right, Camesnana. Spouses cannot testify against each other. Terri's lawyer is using it to shield her. TH has cruelly damaged the lives of 3 children; her son and daughter will suffer from her crime the rest of their lives; sold Ky to pornographer wanting 7 y/o boys. Weeks prior to the Sauvie Island exchange for the usual bag o’Silver, she was "physically prepping" Ky for the horror he would be in. Told him she would shoot him and Kaine if he told. Showed Ky the rifle, probably stood it next to the bathtub, huh Terri? Ky told Desiree that TH said she would shoot him and Kaine, begged not to go home. Desiree thought TH had yelled something in frustration she didn't mean. Ky DIDN'T tell her what TH was doing to him because he was in terror. He was trying to get away from TH, to stop TH from shooting his dad. BRAVE SMART TERRORIZED LITTLE KYRON. MY GOD. After TH sold Ky, Desiree understood Ky’s pleas and told LE that Ky was afraid TH was going to shoot him and Kaine. LE told her not to reveal that to news; LE told Judge; Judge issued Order that TH was not to be around Kaine, her daughter, or FIREARMS. Remember scratching your heads about the word Firearms? THIS IS THE REASON for that word in the Judge's Order. KYRON TOLD ON TERRI. Because of TH’s prepping, Kyron was under great stress and having physical “spasms” and behavior changes like sitting and staring. Kaine saw this. Told Terri to take him to doc. TH had to make appointment and agree to take Ky to keep Kaine from taking him and learning about abuse. This calculating Evil misled teacher, saying Ky had a doc visit on Friday. Teacher led to believe visit was the Friday of ScienceFair; saw Ky’s bookbag and coat on his desk and assumed he would return after doc visit; when he didn’t return, the teacher possibly thought doc visit took longer than expected. Get answers: +DID Terri make an appointment and if so, what was apptment DATE; +did she tell scheduler apptment was re spasms –we must tell reason for apptment Considering appointment would be pushed by Kaine, TH had to sell him BEFORE the critical appointment. She was afraid the doc would get Ky to tell on her. Dede setup job in Magic Garden for day of exchange. Sneaked out to Sauvie, took bag of silver from TH and swooped back to garden and plunked it in spot she had prepared. LE “searched” the homeowner’s grounds but probably kicked the soil to see if they could find anything. Forensics should have examined all the disturbed soil for traces of fabric or plastic bag that would have been there before retrieved by the dirty Deed. Friend Bev in same town as Magic Garden organized candlelight service for Ky; Deed scheduled more work in the garden for day of service; left garden after folks lit candles and parked her car with the bag where helper slipped it out while Deed joined candle’rs. Helper kept bag until getting it to TH for her to stuff in her backpack to take to lawyer… we saw her wearing backpack (wasn’t that strange?) being escorted from underground parking in lawyer’s bldg, by lawyers assistant. It’s all there folks, just get somebody (LE won’t leave Portland, they are busy with other stuff like snacks with Tennessee’s Al Gore) to find the cult’s “mom” who is hiding Ky until the case cools and her pornographer daughter can start business, but pornogal must dispose of the current Missing Boy that has been in her possession for at least 3-4 yrs and is now around 9… to heavy to carry in boxes across fields to waiting cars, and too big to control. LE, YOU are the boys in the box now. Better flip the flaps and get out very very soon.

More and more facts are coming out. If she wasn't at school and his school bag was left thast morning, then where did she go? What is worse, Where is Kyron? I think she had a lot to do with his disappearance. Why else would she lawyer up unless she has something to hide. She wants absolution from the family. Sorry, but I din't but it. She's guilty. Wait for the next shoe to drop.

Any good stuff dug up from this pavement pounding? Clang Clang Cold. KAINE get your own troops, retired Military, PI's and a couple of bodyguards buddy. NOT from OR, CA, WA or Tennessee. Try NY. Surely Intel people or businesses associated would volunteer to organize all the online article comments. Categorize by person in comment, their ideas or suggestions, location of action mentioned in comment; gathering events (candlesballoons), etc., and cross ref with timeline. There are enough dots to connect that some believe will lead right to door to rescue Kyron, and possibly a missing boy before he is disposed of. Don't hesitate, Kaine. If other searchers complain interference, so be it... they really don't wanna do dat. They're not going to find him and not going to find enough "goods" to pin on Torry, I mean Terri, so don't be intimidated. Any retaliation would bring crowds of clouds, and more rain on their parades than Oregon could handle. Get your crew and go get Kyron.

sound like terri was not at school the times she stated she was. Was Kyron's pic a hoax and did I not read that his schoolbag was left that morning. Things are getting muddled.
