While this is an active death investigation, there is nothing at this point to indicate foul play.

A property owner in rural Yamhill County found the vehicle and body of 38-year-old Jennifer Huston 12 days after she came up missing.

(SHERIDAN, Ore. ) - A property owner in rural Yamhill County found the vehicle, and police found the body at short time later of 38-year-old Jennifer Huston, who had been the target of a massive search online, in the air, and on the ground after she vanished after purchasing gas at a Newberg Circle-K/76 gas station around 6:32 p.m. on July 24.

The mother of two boys, ages 3 and 6, reportedly left her home in Dundee to run errands and told her husband she was feeling "stressed out".

12-days later, Huston's body was found a short distance away from her vehicle on property located near Sheridan, Oregon.

Detectives have notified the Huston Family, the Yamhill County District Attorney's Office, the Medical Examiner's Office, and the Oregon State Police Crime Lab (Forensic Division).

While this is an active death investigation, there is nothing at this point to indicate foul play and there is no evidence to believe the public is in danger, police said.

A post on Find Jennifer Huston Facebook page said: "Thank you to everyone who has helped search for Jennifer." "We are grieving at this time and ask that we be given privacy."

Surveillance video showed Huston purchasing gas the evening of July 24, and she appeared to be alone Newberg-Dundee Police Captain Jeff Kosmicki said. Huston was also seen on surveillance video purchasing Gatorade, a package of trail mix and a package of over the counter sleep aid pills from a local Rite Aide Drug store, just before she purchased gas.

The area where the body and vehicle were found was very heavily wooded and could have been easily missed during the air searches, police said during a press conference. They also would not say how long her body had been there.

UPDATE: The Oregon State Medical Examiner tells Salem-News.com that they hope to have the autopsy of Jennifer Huston competed by the end of the day. However, toxicology results will not be available for sometime, which is normal in these cases.
