(PRINEVILLE, Ore.) - A Prineville man was arrested on charges relating to an August 2008 fatal traffic crash that happened north of Madras, resulting in the death of a Clackamas-area woman and injuries to six others.

Police say the arrest of 45-year old Todd A. Rhoden, follows an investigation and Grand Jury review into the August 17th 2008 fatal traffic crash on Highway 26 north of Madras.

Saturday morning at approximately 9:00 a.m., Oregon State Police Senior Trooper Jed Rzegocki and Senior Trooper Scott Vaughn, arrested Rhoden at his Prineville home.

He was indicted by a Jefferson County Grand Jury on charges of Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, Criminally Negligent Homicide, second-degree Manslaughter, 5 counts of third-degree Assault and Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants.

Rhoden was lodged at the Crook County Jail with a bail at $250,000.

The arrest stemms from the fatal traffic crash on August 17, 2008 at approximately 10:00 p.m. that resulted in the death of 38-year old Elizabeth Jean Duke of Clackamas. Six others including Rhoden were injured.

This is a story about my dad Todd Allen Rhoden, I'm 12 years old and not all of this is true but most of this is. I hate reading about this kinda stuff. Sorry dad):

Stay in contact with him Trent, people make mistakes, but still have their good qualities, sorry you're dealing with this.

Apparently, Todd's injuries are significant with someone sitting in the passenger seat i know how it sounds but i think its a huge possibiltity that he wasnt driving Michelle Hales statement clearly says she drove all the way to Portland and most of the way back and just by a weird chance she switched seats with Todd and then they had the accident so i find that fishy that he had head injury he cant rememeber who was driving and everyone one outta the car by the time the police got there idk just food for thought

He is not a killer he is smart man that made a mistake if he was driving the car the only thing he had was THC in his system which could have been there from a month ago THC stores in your fat cells and is close to being legalized. No alcohol in his system and what proof of him driving the so called passenger michelle hohn claims she moved him from the drivers seat his injuries make it look like he was in the passenger no witnesses other than her word against his. The truth is tho this happened last summer no matter if it was his fault or her fault it was an accident and im sure both of them feel remorse let him go why cause more heartache for another family over this tragedy than is neccisary.

Todd's blood alcohol came back clean, not completely sure yet on the drug test. We had heard it was clean yet they are arrested him now with a DUII charge that is unclear.

what was todd's blood alcohol content, or drug test result?
