(MOUNT ANGEL) - Work is scheduled to begin on the Pudding River Bridges Replacement Project on Mount Angel-Gervais Road and is expected to continue through October 2006, according to the Marion County Department of Public Works.

That work is scheduled to begin with the closure of Mount Angel-Gervais Road at the Pudding River Bridge on Monday May 15th, 2006.

During the construction period, traffic will be detoured via Howell Prairie Road, Monitor Road, Highway 214, and Dominic Road for a maximum of 120 days. Marion County and its contractor, Ross Bros. and Company, Inc., say they appreciate your patience during construction.
