(SALEM) - Application packets are now available for commercial exhibitors to reserve space for the Marion County Fair. Packets are available on-line at www.mcfair.net or by calling (503) 566-4140 to request that a packet be mailed. Applications and all fees are due by June 16th. The 2006 Marion County Fair will be held July 13th-16th on the Oregon State Fairgrounds. Based on last year's growth in fair attendance, 25,000 people are expected to attend the county fair this year. Fair attractions will include the Davis Shows Northwest carnival; open class, 4-H and FFA competitions; family-oriented entertainment and activities; Extreme Teen Challenge day and band contest; and special events for seniors.
