Teen Girl Dies in Bizarre Vancouver Stabbing

(VANCOUVER, WA) - Vancouver Police officers responded to a McDonald's restaurant Thursday night just after 8:00 PM to a report of a stabbing.

Officers arriving on the scene found a juvenile female with a stab wound. She was taken to Emanuel hospital in Portland and died shortly after 9:00 PM. The victim was an employee of the restaurant.

Officers found the suspect within moments near the intersection of E 4th Plain and NE Andresen. The suspect is in custody and described as a white male adult. The knife used in the stabbing was found nearby.

There is no evidence the victim or suspect knew each other at this time. The investigation continues.
