Martial Law Comes to Boston on the Anniversary of Paul Revere's Midnight Ride

(SACRAMENTO / BOSTON) - UPDATE: 19 year old Dzhokar Tsarnaev was captured in a back yard, reportedly bloodied from his ordeal. In America, suspects are innocent until proven guilty, but the reaction from Boston makes it sound as though the American system of justice no longer exists.

"We got him," Boston Mayor Tom Menino tweeted. A cheer erupted from a crowd gathered near the scene. "CAPTURED!!!" police added later. "The hunt is over. The search is done. The terror is over. And justice has won. Suspect in custody."

Whether or not the American public, so damaged by this bombing act, will ever really know or hear what motivated this crime, remains to be seen. Under the new laws in this country, due process is only applied in certain cases.

Here we are, on 19 April, the anniversary of Paul Revere's 1775 'Midnight Ride,' and Boston and surrounding areas are essentially under martial law^[1].

The deadly bombings at the Boston Marathon have created a state of occupation.

Homes are being searched without legal grounds, police have Boston completely locked down. The bridge photo to the left gives one an idea of exactly how still the city of Boston has become.

Our writer Agron Belica, explains that from day one, the police were blocking all traffic. "People can't use their phones, it is crazy, but they can text," he added.

Schools have been closed and people have not left their homes to go to work for two days.

What we know about the suspects in the crime, one of whom remains at large, is really very little, yet still enough to raise many questions about two brothers who are/were highly regarded by the people who knew them. The FBI tells us they are 26 year old Tamerlan Tsarnaev, who died after a police shootout, we are told, and 19 year old Dzhokar Tsarnaev, who remains at large.

Russia's Interfax news agency reports Ramzan Kadyrov, spokesman for Chechen President, stating that the two brothers, who left the Chechen Republic at the ages of 5 and 8, have no connection to the place, nor does their family.

Kadyrov blamed United States squarely, he told Kommersant newspaper, "It's all America's fault because these kids were brought up in America, not Chechnya."

The parents of the two Tsarnaev brothers believe there is more to the story, they both defend their sons. Anzor Tsarnaev, who lives in Russia today, is the father of the two young men. He said on Russian national TV, "Someone framed them." On Russian national TV network Zvezda in Dagestan, he said, "I don't know who exactly did it. But someone did. And being cowards, they shot the boy dead. There are cops like this."

He said his family had been trying to reach the younger son, but all phones are switched off and he could not make contact.

RT television in Russia reports their mother, Zubeidat Tsarnaeva, saying she believed the situation was a setup.

"It's impossible for them to do such things. I am really telling you that this is a setup. My son would never keep it in secret. My son, you tell me, my son wouldn't keep it secret. Who would be knowing. If there is anyone who would know it would be me," she said. "He wouldn't hide it. ... There was never a word."

Americans are likely to fully convict these young men without a trial. Instead, we should hope that somehow, some way, we can learn what set these two brothers off, if in fact they are even involved with the crime.

CNN spoke to former teachers, friends and employers of the two brothers, they all expressed shock and disbelief over their alleged connection to the bombing^[2].

Alvi Tsarni, an uncle, said he had a difficult time believing that the young man was involved in the Boston bombings. "It is not possible," he said, seemingly resigned to the idea that his younger nephew would die in the manhunt. "They will kill him, we know it, right?" he said. "What's done is done. He is already dead."

But their uncle Ruslan Tsarni, who goes out of his way in a CNN article to proclaim how much he likes living in the United States, told reporters in Montgomery County, Maryland, that he had not seen the Tsarnaev family since December 2005. He last spoke with them in 2009. When asked why his nephews might have carried out an act like this, he responded by saying: "Being losers; hatred to those who were able to settle themselves. These are the only reasons I can imagine."

Yet he hadn't seen them since 2005? That would have been when Tamerlan Tsarnaev was 15, and Dzhokar Tsarnaev was 12. This uncle was clearly prepared to throw the boys under the tracks. "Somebody radicalized them, but it's not my brother, who just moved back to Russia, who spent his life bringing bread to their table, fixing cars," he said. "My family had nothing to do with that family. Of course, we're ashamed, yes, we're ashamed they're children of my brother."

Ruslan Tsarni says the family is Muslim, but he insisted that their religion played no role in the attacks. "Anything else to do with religion, with Islam, it's a fraud, it's a fake," he said. He described the family as peace-loving, ethnic Chechens.

The Manhunt

What we are told is that Thursday evening, police in the suburbs of Boston, Cambridge, received a report around 10:30 p.m. of an armed robbery at a 7/11 convenience store. Two gunmen reportedly shot a police officer dead on the campus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and carjacked a Mercedes SUV. About half an hour later, the gunmen released the owner of the car at a gas station. The carjack victim reportedly told police that the hijackers "bombed" the Boston Marathon from a distance.

An hour later, police spotted the SUV and initiated a pursuit. The occupants reportedly shot at police and tossed items from the car. One unconfirmed report claimed they were tossing explosive devices at the police cars.

Police eventually blocked the Mercedes in the city of Watertown, 15 miles from downtown Boston, at which time, "A real fight broke out," local resident Andrew Kittsenberg said. He told the Russian Kommersant newspaper, that the suspects exchanged fire with the police, and then tried to trigger the explosives. "They got the big bomb from a distance like a pressure cooker, set fire to the fuse and threw it to the police," - said an eyewitness.

Tamerlane Tsarnaev was seriously injured in the shootout. His younger brother who Kommersant refers to as "Johar", jumped into the Mercedes and managed to break through the police barricade, injuring one of the officers. A a few minutes later, the car was found abandoned, a few blocks away from the scene.

Police say they found several backpacks with components of explosive devices and two pistols. Tamerlane Tsarnaev was taken to the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, and at 1:35 a.m. he died from cardiac arrest.

It seems that the Boston area is slowly beginning to move again, one can only guess at the economic impact the manhunt represents.

Speculation about possible motives are soaring on the Internet. Many are quick to suspect that the event was a false flag attack designed to practice population containment and, martial law.

Of course we know from the alleged November 2010 plot to detonate a bomb at the Pioneer Square Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony in Portland, which led to the arrest of 19-year old Mohamed Osman Mohamud, that federal agents had been his 'jihadist' contacts all along. The whole thing was a ploy that potentially placed large numbers of Portland residents in harm's way ^[4].

How do we know this one wasn't a similar federal law enforcement operation? The story authorities are telling us may well be true, but there seem to be a number of points that fail to support the idea that these young men would have blown up the Boston Marathon.

We know the reaction is placing Americans into a contained area and taking away their Constitutional rights for at least two days, maybe longer.

Natural News released a detailed, hi-res photo of "The Craft", a mobile communications van said to be operated by a private military group.

The group writes, "The mainstream media is engaged in a total blackout and refuses to run any photos of 'The Craft' operatives. This story is quickly becoming the biggest media cover-up in history." ^{5}

Darren D'Lisle from U Mass in Boston wrote in Facebook^[6]:

"Deval Patrick, Gov. of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, just came on local TV and cancelled the 'order' to stay inside in Boston and greater Boston. And the 'T' is finally operating again...our buses and commuter rail and extensive subway, 3rd largest in the USA. 1.4 million people have been screwed for the last 2 days, given no way to get into the city. ARGH. But the worst of it looks over...I hope."

Dealing with criticism from FB users in the UK, he wrote:

"Make no mistake, my British friends, this is Marshall Law."

Alex Bliss is one of several defenders of the unusual police tactics of searching homes without search warrants, on FB:

"And after they put the whole area under lockdown, (which nobody would complain about if there was like a hazmat explosion) its not realistically possible for them to obtain a search warrant for every establishment in the entire area."

A sharp reaction came from Steve Smith:

"Some of you people sickin me this man killed and injured several people. Yet you worry about if it is ok to search peoples houses. This man is a terrorist catch him at all cost if you interfere you go jail is what should happen. God Bless America."

But the photos are disturbing. We all know that police accidentally shoot and kill people mistakenly in the line of duty, it is not uncommon. Now imagine an entire city being searched this way. Americans do have a legal Right to Privacy and only new laws enacted by the Bush and Obama administrations allow this law enforcement behavior to take place.

Facebook user Sieta Majok cited something on the minds of many, that is the knee-jerk overreaction that today defines the U.S. government:

"America has started conflicts with countries using terrorism as a pretex for invasion (they TRIED with Cuba in the 60s, they did it with Iraq and Afghanistan this century)..."
