Albany Community Pool School’s Out Swim Fun

(Albany, Oregon) - The Albany Community Pool (ACP) is offering a School's Out Swim on Thursday, April 21, and Friday, April 22, 2011 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. at the Albany Community Pool, 2150 36th Ave. SE. The 1-meter and 3-meter diving boards, rope swing, and basketball hoops will be available.

Cost for the School’s Out Swim is $3.00 for youth up to age 18, $3.50 for adults and $10.00 for a family of up to six. Children under the age of 6, or wearing a flotation device, must have an adult with them in the water.

The Albany Community Pool (ACP) is taking registration for spring youth swim lessons. Lessons are for ages 3 years and older and are taught by certified Red Cross Water Safety Instructors. Lessons are 30 minutes each and run from 6:00 – 8:05 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays, April 26-May19, 2011. Cost is $36 for 8 classes.
