(GRESHAM, Ore.) - Arrests have been made in the Murder of a small child from Gresham. Police & Fire units were called to check on a 5-year old female unconscious and not breathing at 418 SE 169th in Gresham, just before noon on Tuesday, April 13, 2010. Sgt Rick Wilson with Gresham PD says as officers arrived, the little girl was being transported to Portland Adventist Hospital. Wilson said, "A short time later it was learned that 5-year Oleander Labier of Gresham was pronounced dead upon her arrival at the hospital. The East Metro Major Crimes Team and the Multi Agency Child Abuse Team were notified and an extensive investigation began." The investigation & autopsy Wilson says, revealed that the cause of death was Homicidal Violence. Specific details are not being released at this time as this is an ongoing investigation. Friday at approximately 7:45 p.m., after what Wilson describes as, "hours of investigation and multiple interviews" the father, 23-year old Christopher A. Rosillo of Gresham, was arrested for Murder in connection with the death of his daughter, Oleander Labier. He will be lodged at MCDC and charged with one count of Murder. 23-year old Guadalupe Quintero of Gresham was arrested for Murder in connection with the death of Oleander Labier. Wilson says Quintero is the long time live in girlfriend & fiancé of the Father. She will be lodged at MCDC and charged with one count of Murder. Wilson says two other children in the home have been removed and placed into protective custody. "Both Rosillo and Quintero will have a court appearance early next week. This is still an active and ongoing investigation and more arrests are still possible."
