(SALEM) - The South Gateway Neighborhood Association is inviting community members to learn more about nonpartisan candidates who will be on the May primary ballot. Candidates for Salem mayor and municipal judge, Marion County assessor and circuit court judge will have the opportunity to introduce themselves and make a short statement. The event is free, and will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 PM at Sumpter Elementary School, which is located at 525 Rockwood Street SE Salem.
