Oregon Target Store Masturbator Goes to Court

(OREGON CITY, Ore. ) - A Gladstone, Oregon man who police say masturbated and then put his fluids on a female shopper in a Target store faced a Judge for the first time Wednesday.

25-year-old Ricardo Faulk is charged with third degree sex abuse and harassment, both are misdemeanors.

Police say Faulk was caught on a surveillance camera touching himself, and then spreading his bodily fluids on a woman inside the store who was shopping with her 3-year-old daughter.

His next hearing is scheduled for May 13, and the Judge ordered Faulk not to have contact with the victim.

Lol, he is so sick. I was at the Gladstone Safeway a few months after this incident, and I saw him there. I talked to him I was with my wife. I did not know anything about it. Ricky was friends with me growing up. we went to David Douglas together. Now he is a pervert. Wow, you think you know someone.
