Four Slain in North Hollywood Restaurant

(LOS ANGELES ) - Police in Los Angeles say at least four people were shot to death in North Hollywood restaurant.

It happened Saturday at the Hot Spot Cafe on Riverside Drive.

Emergency responders arriving at the scene, reported finding three people already dead. Two victims who were wounded were transported to the hospital, where one later dies from injuries sustained during the shooting.

Police say the remaining victim is in critical condition.

According to LA Police Officer Rosario Herrera, the suspect is a white male in his 30s. He is said to have fled the scene and currently remains at large.

A motive for the attack has not been determined yet.

A source who has some familiarity with the case, told the Los Angeles Times the incident may have involved Armenian gang members.
