(GRESHAM) - Gresham Police were called out March 31, 2010 at 7:47 p.m. to check the welfare of an individual slumped behind the wheel of a vehicle in the 2000 block of SE 182nd. Upon arrival, they found 21-year old Kalewa Jacob "Jake" Kaluna of Portland, deceased behind the wheel of a black 1998 Audi A8 4-door sedan. It was later determined that Jake Kaluna had sustained a single gunshot wound, Sgt Rick Wilson with Gresham Police said. "The Major Crimes Team (MCT) is asking the public's help in this matter. If anyone saw a dark colored Audi A8 driving erratically, recklessly or suspiciously in the area of SE 182nd and SE Division between 5:00 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. they are asked to call the Gresham Police immediately at 503-618-2719 or 1-888-989-3505." Wilson says the case is still under investigation and there is nothing further to release at this time. The photo is of a vehicle similar to the Audi A8 that Mr. Kaluna was found in.
